1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this Site or booking services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines or rules posted on this site.

2. Services Provided

Ti Adoro Studios specializes in luxury portrait photography, including but not limited to family, boudoir, branding, and vacation sessions. All services are provided by appointment only. Session fees, packages, and product pricing are subject to change without notice unless a signed agreement locks in your rate.

3. Booking and Payment

  • A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date.

  • Remaining balances are due by the session date or as outlined in your agreement.

  • Luxury Prepaid Packages may include additional credits or benefits as stated at the time of booking.

  • Payments are accepted via Square, Stripe, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, etc.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand life happens. Session rescheduling is allowed with at least 72 hours’ notice. If you need to cancel your session entirely, your retainer is non-refundable but may be transferred to a new session date within 6 months.

5. Intellectual Property

All photographs and content on this website are the intellectual property of Ti Adoro Studios and may not be copied, screenshot, altered, or used in any way without written permission.
Clients receive usage rights according to their contract. Digital files purchased include a personal-use license only. Commercial use, reproduction, or resale is strictly prohibited without express written consent.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to arrive on time, prepared, and with any agreed-upon styling or outfits as discussed during the consultation. For minor clients, a parent or legal guardian must be present.

7. Retouching and Artistic Discretion

Ti Adoro Studios provides professional posing guidance and master art retouching for all final portraits. Artistic style, editing, and final selections are at the sole discretion of the photographer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Raw images are never provided.

8. Third-Party Services

We may refer or contract third-party services (such as wall art installers or makeup artists) for your session. We are not responsible for the actions or performance of these third-party providers but strive to only work with those who uphold our standards.

9. Website Use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage our business or impair other users’ experience. We reserve the right to restrict access to anyone who misuses the site or violates these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ti Adoro Studios shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of this site or services, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of this Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
